Sherri was born to parents whom bred and raised Shetland show ponies. In 1982 she married a "city boy". Longing to own horses again, she bought her husband their first Arabian for his birthday. How could he turn down such an exotic gift?! 15 years later, they own 4 purebred Arabian Mares, 2 Half-Arabian mares, and a Saddlebred mare. Soon it was decided that Amore Arabians needed its own exquisite breeding stallion. After an exhausting search, (and kissing many frogs,) the family purchased kind, big-hearted Romeo V from famed breeder Sheila Varian. Gordon and Sherri look forward to the show season and wish all a healthy, happy year.
Tammy is the trainer at Tiara Arabians in Troy, Ohio. She has multiple wins at Regionals, US Nationals, and Canadian Nationals. She is also the breeder and owner of several purebred National Champions and one of our convention delegates.
Louise previously served as a board member for OVAHA and was secretary of CSHSA for many years. Professionally, she is a school counselor currently working at Dixie HS in New Lebanon, OH. She owns three horses. Mahogany Princess, her first horse, is a half-Arabian mare. She purchased the mare in 1983, when the mare was ten years old; she is now 30 and still going strong! Her other two horses are purebred Arabian geldings. ES Salute is a Western Pleasure horse and CM El Baskinnet is a Country English Pleasure horse.
Marcia has been involved with horses off and on since age ten and has had Arabians since 1989. A member of OVAHA since 1992, she has consistently been a board member, the Recreational Riding program manager, the show manager of the Summer Sizzler, or President (sometimes more than one at a time). She is the owner of 2 purebreds - Wyntrs Grey Dawn, shown in multiple disciplines, is now retired and the "matriarch" of the stable. Wyntrs Khato, a gelding, shows Class A, Regional and National levels in western and trail where he placed 9th at the US Nationals in 2006 in Trail.

Member of the Arabian Horse Association since 1968. Past Director of Region 14. I was on the Executive Committee of AHA for 10 years, served as Second Vice President, First Vice President, President 2000 - 2002, and Immediate Past President. I own 2 Half Arabians and 1 purebred. My 2 daughters and 1 grand daughter are actively showing them and I am a great groom.
