Talked about doing a large check to present to the Metro Parks w/Dan and Marcia (new owners of Hickory River BBQ) and do a certificate with a picture for them to post at the restaurant. Denise handed out report.

Futurity
Need to make the payments for last year's Jackpot classes. We will pay out $125 each to the winner. This settles some dissatisfaction and disagreement about who gets paid and what. Need to set the rules in writing and have them posted in the show office this season.

- There were two individuals who are quite unhappy about the results of last year and the late payments. Linda motioned that we make good with them by offering them complimentary stalls at this year's Summer Sizzler, to amend for the past untimely payments on SS and Jackpot classes as a goodwill gesture. Tammy seconded the motion - motion passed.

Summer Sizzler
Ted Carson has agreed, there will be a learner judge under Ted. 1389 single sheet flyers were printed and mailed to IN, OH, KY and MI to past participants.  We've cleared AHA and USEF. AHA had an issue/notes on equitation medal class numbers to change them to JTR.

-  Went over sponsorship, last year was appx $3,100 this year is $2,625, but part of the difference is made up by    not having the cost of purchasing new banners for some of the sponsors.
-  Ellen Reck is going to have her trailer there.  The DAC folks are coming.
-  Ordered 350 booklets, will send appx 150 to trainers, etc.
-  Still need to firm up the exhibitor party.
-  Decided to order 6 more smaller beads to give out randomly, and 6 for the Jackpot classes.
-  Will have one more SS meeting.
