Strawberry Festival
Need $190 for the booth, insurance, and amps.

Futurity members still need to be contacted to notify of the Heartland Futurity cancellation plans.

Board members need to attend, as do officers, and our need for reports.

Sherri will follow-up with Frank/Reg 14 regarding our notice on the clinic.  Talked about meetings.  Next meeting to be May 7th at the clinic - 12 noon for board members to arrive and help set up, 12:30-1:00 for board meeting, then general meeting/clinic at 1:00.  Need help with cleaning ups, parking, tables, chairs, and electric.

Sherri & Krista will do the turkey, etc for the hotshots and all the food stuff.  Linda and Sharon will contact the members to give a personal invite.  Prizes for hats and decorations Tammy will do.

Linda made motion to buy 2 $50 gas cards for the speaker.  Matt 2nd, motion passed.

Summer Sizzler
Sport Horse judge - Mary has gotten.  Pam Stowe has declined doing the announcing.  Got some names of possible announcers from Larry and Carl.  Matt has found someone he thinks will work with us.  Linda asked about sponsors - they are needed by the end of May for the book.  Mentioned Stockslayers for cheap bedding plants as a possibility for center ring and decorating.  Quality Inn has rooms blocked for $69/night, 2 nights free.  We also have some other rooms comped.
